Part of the allure of owning your own business is that you don't work for anyone else and you have the freedom to do things your way. Part of the challenge is figuring out how to do all that stuff efficiently and profitably and without driving yourself crazy!
I've owned several businesses, both online and offline, and I've definitely learned how to get things done faster, cheaper, more efficiently, and without a huge support staff (or any staff for that matter). That's the point of this website in fact. People kept asking me how I did this or that so I just started putting it up here, and will continue to add more as time allows.
